The Story

This trail up Currahee Mountain honors Col. Robert Sink, who built the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment at Camp Toccoa from 1942. His paratroopers ran 'three miles up, three miles down' Currahee, later immortalized in Band of Brothers.
