GeorgiaThe Story
Built around 1787 and enlarged by Duncan G. Campbell after 1807, this house later gained a Greek Revival facade. It was the birthplace in 1811 of John Archibald Campbell, U.S. Supreme Court justice who resigned to serve the Confederacy.
