Alexander Hall Gallery

Alexander Hall Gallery is an exhibition space within Alexander Hall at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in downtown Savannah. The building, constructed in the 1940s as the Centennial Mill flour company, was adapted by SCAD to house its painting, photography, printmaking, and ceramics programs, and includes studios, critique areas, a darkroom, and both formal and informal display spaces. The gallery presents rotating exhibitions and open-studio events that allow students and graduate artists to show and sell their work, and it participates in SCAD's deFINE ART program featuring painting and photography showcases. It is one of a number of SCAD galleries that make the college a driving force in Savannah's contemporary art scene.
