Also recorded as Morganton Baptist Cemetery, this town burial ground straddles Church Street in two sections, and Fannin County property records list the northern portion separately as Prince Cemetery even though signage treats the whole site as one. The nearby Church Street building long associated with the ground has served as the Tri-State Christian Center since at least 2008, while Morganton Baptist Church itself sits about half a mile east on Old Highway 76. Several hundred burials are documented across the two tracts.
