BAY Gallery

The BAY Gallery is a roughly 1,500-square-foot exhibition space operated by Columbus State University's Department of Art inside the Corn Center for the Visual Arts in uptown Columbus. Featuring 20-foot ceilings, track lighting and movable walls, it hosts student exhibitions, community outreach programs and teaching support shows. The Corn Center itself is a distinctive venue for art in the city, adapted from a historic downtown cotton warehouse whose tall ceilings, large windows and skylights lend the studios and galleries an open, light-filled character. As part of CSU's College of the Arts, the BAY Gallery is one of several campus galleries that anchor the university's visual-arts presence along the Chattahoochee riverfront.
