This Toccoa Falls site began as a Kiwanis-built print shop, became a failed broom factory, then a dorm lost to fire in 1931. Rebuilt in 1934 from a disbanded CCC camp's lumber, Ralls Dormitory was destroyed by the 1977 flood.
